Today, companies rely on a mix of advisors, consultants, and legal teams to make sense of it all. The process remains slow, expensive, and error-prone even with experienced teams involved. AI will not remove the challenges of diligence. But it will speed up reviews, improve accuracy, and reduce the need for long nights spent with spreadsheets and highlighters. 1.
