We can see that if the capacity is less than 65536 (which is 2 to the power of 16), the queue capacity is doubled. And if the capacity is greater than 65536, it'll be increased by 2 to the power of 16. However, due to the use of XOR, 18 (2 ^ 16) will be added. 2 ^ 16 What's the outcome? This queue becomes inefficient. The capacity increases by only a small amount, leading to more frequent reallocations.
